A basic in every camp cutlery set, the Alpha Light cutlery uses durable, hard anodised aluminium combined with a sleek yet strong shape to create an extremely lightweight utensil.
By hard anodising the aluminium it forms a kind of 'exoskeleton' or shell. This encapsulates the aluminium, so there’s no risk of the alloy leaching into food. Its traditional size and shape also brings a little bit of home with you wherever you need it.

FAQs
Can it be sterilised with bleach? Yes. Bleach will not damage the anodized surface of the Alpha cutlery. Please use bleach in moderation in the backcountry – it kills ‘good’ bacteria as well as harmful bacteria.
Can it be used with non-stick frying pan/pot finishes? No. The hard edges of the cutlery will damage either a PTFE (Teflon) or a ceramic coating. Nylon cooking utensils are preferable for this application.
Can it be washed in a dishwasher? No. The caustic cleanser used in dishwashers will damage the anodized finish of Alpha cutlery.
